This year marks our 20th year in business. Therefore as a small business owner I know a little something about health benefits and the merits of a good broker. In short, the reason I was taken with Stratford is that in 20 years no other health insurance broker has provided such fine service. And I will define that for you. Their presentation of each year's cost proposal is comprehensive, lucid, and addresses the variables that seem to make the most sense for my company. This presentation of costs, services, differences, etc. is the best I have seen. In addition, they promised to be there whenever there was a service issue and this has proven to be true. When an issue arises, Stratford intercedes on ESA's behalf. This means that our employees do not have to waste our time on the phone with the insurance company.
