In the early 1990s, Dan said to Jeff, “there’s a better way to take care of our clients.”  That brief conversation, those few words, that moment of forward thinking became the foundation for Stratford, the beacon of light that still guides us today in our practice areas of employee benefits and human resources..  

The Stratford Financial Group, Inc. and Stratford Employer Services, LLC. were founded in 1996 and are one of the area's leading group insurance consulting, employee benefits administration, compliance, human resources support, workforce management and payroll processing companies.

 We are more than just an insurance or employee benefits brokerage. We are a strategic partner with a wealth of knowledge and resources to match our proven track record and validate our market expertise.
